Do like this, put hellfire bellow the head and push wall in the wall but facing to the headless statue.

Activate hellfire, then when you see the head comes down, just activate de push wall and enjoy it.

I'm guessing Cry of the Fallen is one of the hardest to activate and use without getting hurt, huh?
