@stardelorian Whether their hair is relaxed, nappy, blonde or brunette--or within any portion of the rainbow, Black Women will always be Black & Beautiful to me! Yet natural is also good. My rule is whatever makes a REASONABLE-MINDED girl happy.

@stardelorian I hear where you're coming from. Nonetheless, hair, size, shape, color--these are external. I don't like to get caught up in these surface issues, because everybody has their own preferences; also notions about what beauty is. It's refreshing to see that you attach a lot of importance to natural beauty though. Strong as your views are, we must respect different views on the matter. Insisting on our own way would make us a dictator. Not even God has done that.

Thanks for such an encouraging comment! I'm not able to "flow" nowadays as I would like to, because Universal Music Group and BMG hold the copyrights to so many cool songs. Even the use of this song is restricted in certain parts of the world.

@deleoa471 If a Black Girl can't appreciate men of her own color, then she's not even worth your time. Unless she's particularly attracted to "White" features, her reasons for not going with Black Men are usually narrow. I wouldn't want a girl whose major priority is financial security [They recognize that fairer colors have a better shot at making more money. I've encountered this view among many minority women.] A good woman will know how to have a little or a lot with her man though.
