I just found out about this author today while browsing the local Barnes&Noble and reviewing books on Social Media & Marketing. From the many that I reviewed, her book "A Survival Guide To Social Media And Web 2.0 Optimization" tops IMO, and I wanted to give her props. She knows her stuff and is a very credible author.
