stop eating processed foods, and bread........you ate baked goods, crackers, pizza dough etc all in one day......all that stuff turns easily to sugar in your blood stream, you are a bread processed food junkie, you are addicted to the carbs in these things which turn to sugar you need a low carb high protein diet, like dr barry sears zone diet
