Forcing your employees to listen to him as he masturbates with a dildo AND then making them listen to him licking off the feces and semen soiled butt instrument after the joyful event; thinking you could get away with it; paying the unfortunate witness/victims of the event millions; thinking everyone would believe you innocent after paying off the plaintive instead of going to court; not understanding that your dirty talk could be recorded---qualifies as insane to me.
