By the way. I really like the model cars in the background. I wish I had the ways and means to build all those. You appear to have LOTS of time on you hands. But the '57 vette in powder blue? That's a crime. Or is that a '61? Yeah, I'll warrant it's a '61. Unless it doesn't have chrome on the sides. That would make it a 62. The '57 is in black and red is way cool.

You go to the ER and receive medical treatment. They refer you to a specialist. Without a MRI. Neck pain and no MRI, tsk.
You undergo two months of rehab.
After TWO months the specialist thinks rehab is "aggravating" the problem. Well I guess that guy is a genius. And to ignore your complaints of increasing pain all that time...Sigh...Two months?? Really? Goodness sakes! Their incompetence does not suprise me. Sounds more like a case of malpractice.

Ok I am confused.. It says on the police report that you posted that the owner is Budget Rental Company. Don't you also have coverage with Progressive and a PIP plan? Have you tried to file with them?
