Mendelssohn`s Octet for Strings No. 1 in Eb major: IV. Presto
(written when Mendelssohn was 16).
Absolutely beautiful piece... it was INCREDIBLY difficult for us to put together. We worked our butts off for a couple months with the help of several master classes. But it was all worth it in the end! It's truly an amazing piece so go listen to a professional recording that actually does it justice. AHAHA actually this doesn't sound toooo bad. Even though my opening is a fail. :)

Gabrielle Kramer, violin 3
Brittany Walden, violin 4

This is honestly very well performed and played at the correct tempo. I remember all the hard work you put in this piece and it paid off. (I had to listen to this piece for 2 weeks this summer, so listening to this video made me happy.)
