  • and I don't know who sensored what ever comment that were deleted...it wasn't me, I think it's funny that "big brother is watching and editing MY PAGE !"

This is America. FREE SPEECH. Becareful Big Brother WE THE FREE PEOPLE of the United States, may come looking for you

  • Hey Everyone ! Yes something as simple as installing an alarm system with dead batteries in the remotes can piss off the customer. It's not the 3 dollars, it's the fact that it should have been ready to go, not rush in slap some selfstick contacts on some doors and windows and run away. I have my new alarm system with live streaming video and audio to my iphone, I capture any motion. and while saying ADT SUCKS ! may have been harsh, it has incited much discussion on the topic

  • The number 29 is not a fault code. What the control is telling you is whatever device that is programed to zone 29 has a low battery. In your case it is most likely one of the four button remotes. You can change the batteries yourself, however, if you have the maintenance policy that covers batteries ADT will send a tech out to replace any battery as required.

  • @uglybug01 But it was brand new. If I were an installer, I'd make my company look good by giving new batteries with new remotes

  • you sound like mike from that show the middle. Also I hvae my own security, a gun and a fire extinguisher

  • This is why I receive many of ADT's customers as my new customers, they look at you as just recurring monthly revenue (RMR) only and not a customer. Plus, their $34.95/mo. monitoring is ridiculous. We provide the same services, same systems made by Honeywell for half the cost. Hope you got it worked out.

  • @PonderosaKarwick I totally agree. It is piss poor customer service to expect a customer to go out and purchase their own batteries AFTER they just paid nearly $1,000 for a security system. You'd think that they'd throw in the batteries. That's good old American customer service for ya.

  • Oh boo hoo hoo. you had to buy a few batteries.

  • ADT dont give a f#%k after you sign , I have given 11 years of my like to these pricks

  • batterys go dead, thats live. Quit bitching and trying to get something for free

  • @PonderosaKarwick I AGREE HE shouldn't be editing your videos

  • The truth is, there is not one company out there that is perfect. There is not one major company in the world with 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately not all technician, customer service representatives, etc. respond correctly to an issue that should be resolved by "simply replacing batteries". There is one fact though. That ADT is the best security company you can have. There are many family's, who's lives have been saved due to ADT systems. What other security companies can say that.
