RHCP - Californication (Bass Cover)

I'm playing Californication by Red Hot Chili Peppers on my new Ibanez BTB-676 Bass. The Audio was recorded with my Pod X3 and Cubase SX3. I'm playing Bass with my fingers for one week now so there may be a few inaccurate notes ;)

i think it was pretty good except three things, one in the verses maybe don't shift so far on the hammer on and just get the note in your current position as well also during the guitar solo he's actually playing some bass chorded things if you listen carefully, and also you should utilize your pinky finger in your playing

@Jascus1 I think i can get a all the notes i need in a 4 string but if u think you need lower and higher notes it's ok to get a 6 string

@Jascus1 They aren't unnecessary at all.
They have a much bigger note range, which makes for much less awkward tunings in many songs.
Look at death metal for instance. 7 string bass, 8 string bass etc, they NEED the note range for that style of music; it wouldn't be possible at all on a 4 string.

yeah sure! The sound is pretty amazing and if u u are looking for a 6-string <1k$ I think the BTB is your best choice!
