I smoked both every day for almost 10 years, then quit weed, cause I didn't want to risk going to jail. The thing is, quitting pot was like quitting a favorite food; I'm now convinced there is no physical dependency. Quitting cigarettes on the other hand, has been a tough battle. I wish pot was legal and tobacco was not.

Cigarettes are useless,I mean I've had my share in the past but im done with it now.Herb I have smoke constantly for about 7 years only stopping for alittle when i had legal issues. Weed has alot of pros about it but it also has cons.Personally I only smoke in moderation not every day like I used to.There are people that just get blazed and dont do shit with themselves.Then theres intelligent smokers that use Herb to expand themselves and Elevate themselves so it really depends on you

I have recently quit smoking. I quit the dope for five of those days as well- I deeply regret starting to smoke dope again.

When you quit smoking your dopamine levels can plunge- and a depressant drug like weed only compounds that already negative state your brain is in. Now, I find as well, the actual act of smoking weed is keeping the love of "smoking" alive in my brain. Honestly, I've dug myself into an even deeper hole.
