I hear that in some foreign countries that if you commit a crime against someone, the exact same thing you did to them would be done to you as punishment. Too bad they dont have that in the UK.

Its going on as we watch this. Little Peter is safe now. God speed his little brave soul and lets not have him die in vain. If you suspect..speak up..report it. Dont assume the next onlooker will do it.
