  • @tappakeggaday1 There is no yeast in a lacto fermentation. Lactobacillus is the bacteria at work here. If she would have added yeast then it would be closer to wine. Lactobacterial fermentations don't make that much alcohol. It's the same process that makes sauerkraut.

  • @thechosengears they have a utube

  • Wow that girls voice is hot!!!!!!

  • How much sugar? All of it of course.

  • part 2 is missing?????

  • well you kind of got it right, yeast eat the sugar, they pee ethyl alcohol and fart co2. with as much culture as you made you probable got a strong blueberry wine. which btw I have made many times so dont throw it away i can tell you how to make a good drink out of it we affectionately call "sloshies" as you will get good and sloshed when your done drinking it.

  • Fuck you

  • Where is part 2? I want to know how long to let the stuff sit??!!! Also if I need to add anything daily PLEASE LET US KNOW SOON!!!!!!

  • But it would defeat the purpose of making a good soda.

  • Do you have to use a plastic cover for storing the culture mix, or can you use any kind of a cover???
