Additionally, for the mirrored part of the video, the recorded reflection should have the lens in the dead center of it unless shooting at an angle. Being too far off centered made me think of a second lens.

I realized something was off when he moved his hand over the camera, you see the camera lens being cover with his hand for a split second ,which couldn't happen if that phone was the same source for the video.

Yup that's what gave it out for me as well. They didn't sync that well :)
