  • This was one of the main reasons why the Brumby Government lost the state election. The majority of Victoria did not want Abortion law reform. I hope the new state Government reverts this bill but the Premier supported it.

  • In 2008, the Victorian Parliament voted for abortion right up to birth, no counselling. They VOTED DOWN a ban on partial-birth abortion. They voted not to have mandatory reporting of sexual abuse of children / teenagers when a suspected abuser takes them to have an abortion. No protection of baby born alive after an abortion. No consent from parents/guardians for minors.
