Nah not particually. I figured its not that good for overall progress and what I want in the sport. So I'm going to keep on squat cleaning, but I will try and do some high powers also.
Best jerk from rack (ever) was 145 kgs I think. That was behind neck... I've done 140 from front. Clean and Jerk in training is 135 kg (with a power clean), 132.5 kg with a squat clean(Both split jerks)

mike u thinking of training clean n jerk with a semi-power clean n get a PB or u gonna focus on squat cleans or train both n see wat happens

great lift...im sure uv stated this a bunch of times before somewhere in a video but wats ur best jerk from the rack n clean n jerk in training???
