*You can see a little bit of the magma if you watch the reflection on the furnace door* This is me removing a platinum crucible of magmatic Ghelenite at about 1624 degrees celcius. After remelting, a core of this sample will be drilled. The density and viscosity of the core will be measured. The sample will be sent to the Astronomy Department, where tests will be run on it to help determine the composition of clouds of space dust.
