  • theres 14 grams of fat in that tiny, tiny bit of oil you just pured. BTW, all that scratching you did constitutes abuse of the product. All companies warn that if you abuse a product it won't work as intended. Pans are intended to be cooked on, heated up, endure that type of stuff. Using a grill scrub brush and a sander is not supposed to be used on any pans, so of course your going to get scratches. Just saying.

  • How heavy or lightweight is the pan?

  • Oh yea... try this with your teflon pans.

  • This is the way to go. No more teflon laced food; no more food in contact with the aluminum core when the teflon wears off. Eventually you will see more and more pans made this way as this catches on. But if you want a quality pan at a reasonable price, this looks like it. And no, I don't work for Safepan! I do know a great deal about cookware though!
