Clive Gregson performs his latest single in the room where Jackson Browne is alleged to have written "The Pretender" and where Little Feat once rehearsed. (Readymix Music in Burbank, CA). Clive's backing band in the video consists of former sidemen for Any Trouble, Pink Floyd, The Shadows, Plainsong and the Stiff All Stars, namely Chris Parks (lead guitar), Mark Griffiths (bass), Andy Roberts (12 string gtr), and Andy Murray (drums). The song is dedicated to Clive's first wife, who was abducted and presumed murdered in Ecuador in January 2006

  • One word - Beautiful.

    Thank you Clive

  • Another great tune from Clive. It's a shame that Jenny was taken and disappeared. I remember dancing with her in the late 70's when Any Trouble were out gigging in England.

  • still the guy i could listen to all day ....well done clive

  • Wonderful music by CG once again and a very tasteful video by Nigel. Wish his music would reach a wider audience though. Class.

  • Lovely song. We saw Clive on tour with Jools Holland, great show, he has so many good songs.

  • Heard CG do this at a gig last year, great to see and hear a full band version. Can't wait for the new album - quality songs from a top quality songwriter.

PS some interesting continuity mistakes regarding Clive's "cans"!!

  • Clive proves yet again that he is one of the UKs best ever song writers. Superb song

  • What a beautiful song of lost love! It really pulled at me olde heart strings....well done guys! Keep it up.
