why is the green ranger helping the black ranger fight a black psycho, does he now have his own?

In the PRIS series, theres no green ranger so no green psycho was made. In the PRLG series, theres no black ranger so the next best thing is for black and green to team up and fight the black psycho.

Even if the audio was removed, the fighting scene was just unbelievable. Especially the Red (Psycho) Ranger fight scene. Absolutely great.
