  • "naughty"

  • @lysergiclnightshade Ahh awesome! I cant say ive seen much in the UK to be honest!

  • @ModxMovement Whew! Thanks! I know you've heard a lot of bad stuff about hot topic, but they do actually sell Kaos, I bought them there once. I do see more silicone mystery mix jewelry than Kaos, but Kaos doesn't seem too hard to find in the states.

  • @lysergiclnightshade Thanks for your input :) Good knowledge :D

  • @lysergiclnightshade dude, im probably the hardest person to offend, ever. I was making sure you knew what you were saying was true :)

CORRECT! Kaos/medical grade silicone can indeed be sterilised. Id say that out of all the piercing studios and body jewellery shops ive been in, in my life thus far, only one maybe two sold medical grade silicone. I guess i should have mentioned medical grade in the video, but like i say, more times than not, people will be picking up shitty silicone.

  • @ModxMovement This leads to two problems: as you said, bacteria can get in there and lead to infections; and the material can stick to the fistula, making it very difficult to remove.

  • @ModxMovement I should have said earlier, I mean no offense and I really enjoy you doing the videos. By proper, I mean medical grade silicone, which only Kaos makes to my knowledge. Kaos claims you can autoclave their jewelry, because it is medical grade silicone. Still, it is not safe for unhealed piercings because the material is porous.

  • @lysergiclnightshade What is "proper" silicone jewellery? Also, through what method can it be sterilised to a medically acceptable standard? Also, if it was sterilised, why would it not be safe for unhealed piercings? Thanks :)

  • 09:06 Proper silicone jewelry CAN be sterilized. Obviously it's still not safe for unhealed piercings, but it can be sterilized.

  • You sound like Professor Snape no joke lol!
