@fatmanlaughingstill that worthless little troll with inferiority issues has been talking shit on every single traditional video he can find. Ignore him my friend. He is clearly either some young punk or some ignorant fan boy. I like your respect for all arts by the way. A true shame all dont share it.

@Jehja2000 yes

@Jehja2000 I think its a combination of shaolin techniques, not necessarily Xin Yi Ba.

is this really Xinyiba?

kommisar you are a sad troll, who obviously has no real understanding of what a real fight is like. ANY martial art improves your understanding of your own abilities, while providing physical conditioning. ALL martial arts can be deadly in the hands of someone who understands the way humans are put together. NO one martial art is inherantly better than another . each fighter stands or falls on his own prowess.

"kongfu is not for fighting," i think its kind of right.
At least, konfu is not for fighting those games!
konfu is for killing. chinese had problems with mongolia for centuries.
they built great wall, created kongfu for those guys.

wow. . all of those moves look really deadly
anyone who doubts Shaolin Temple Martial arts is a complete idiot

you are right to a degree, a shaolin who cant apply what he knows is no shaolin but dreamer i have to be blunt. None of these UFC guys would ever handle a fight like a ring match, because real combat doesnt work like that. all traditional arts look good in form, but all competent teachers(thankfully mine included) know that real combat is chaotic and teach accordingly after a student is ready to learn. Kung fu has a decent amount of sparring, just takes longer to get to the point of learning it.
