  • go to hawaii and look for it. Maybe you honestly havent been following this case though

Are you claiming its a conspiracy by the courts and state that have already validated his american citizenship?

Are you claiming that there can be some truth that hasnt come out in over a year of people looking into this issue?

His certificate has been seen yby many who have concluded its real and hes legal

I doubt you or the guy suing will look for the certificate so that the conspiracy can stay alive

  • The truth is out Drav1212. You guys are a bunch of biter, delusional, reactionary anti-American losers.

"And the truth shall set you free."

  • gods gonna get mad if sarah palin gets elected president!

  • Arianna Huffington is mad

  • So, you see, a liberal and a conservative can actually carry on a civil conversation and maybe even agree on a thing or too.

I agree McCain is likely corrupt too. He was never my candidate.

But I disagree on liberation theology. You cannot go to such a church for 20 years and not be part of it. This is a "hate whitey" church and Wright is probably even more extreme than your man.

  • Thank you for cutting to the chase. Yes, McCain was a hero for enduring what he did. I don't know that we would necessarily "know" him, since he changed so much between 2000 and 2008. There is no evidence that Obama believes in black liberation theology, and he has repudiated the stances of some in his church. He was not raised muslim, he was raised essentially agnostic until he found Christ. The ties you mention are very weak, and McCain has lots of shady ties as well.

  • Okay, let's cut to the chase.

McCain is pathetic but at least an American hero. I agree that would have benn McSame. But at least we know him. He would keep the country safe.

Obama is a radical black liberation theoligist, raised muslim, major criminal and terrorist ties to Rezko, Ayers, (very long list) etc... We have no actual idea who he really is. But we do know he has ZERO experience that would qualify him for SCOTUS.

Why would you ever let someone like that become SCOTUS?

  • The question of whether kids born to illegal immigrants are natural-born citizens is still open (though there may be indications that they would be natural-born citizens, which is why people are upset about "anchor babies"), but Obama's father was not an illegal immigrant. He resided here legally and started a family, living with them until Barack was 2 or 3 years old.

  • In the actual opinion, rather than a synopsis, the Court mentions that "as long as they are permitted to reside here", they are given the protection of, and owe allegiance to, the United States. Wong Kim Ark's parents left for China 8 years before the case reached the Supreme Court. Here, similar to Wong Kim Ark's parents, Obama's parents married and planned to settle down at the time of his birth, but then left. Obama's dad also was not deported, he could reside in the US at any time.

  • I was talking more about his hypocrisy (calling for stronger penalties for drug offenses while being an addict himself and getting a slap on the wrist when found out), rather than whether he is in public office or not. Bush did cocaine as well, and drank to excess in his formative years - what's your point. You show your pettiness through your purposeful misspelling of Obama's name - can we just cut the crap and get to what is really important instead of petty bs?

  • U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark:

The question was whether a child born in the United States, of parents of Chinese descent, who at the time of his birth are subjects of the emperor of China, but have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the emperor of China, becomes at the time of his birth a citizen .

But Obumbas papa was not permanently living here.

  • Binghams explanation of what a natural born citizen is in drafting the 14th Amendment actually corroborates the meaning in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark. You didn't read it all.

There is not enough room to post it all here.

    See next post.
