Who is the boss with the bats in the opening?I know there was Ganon from Ocarina of time and Wind Waker but I didn't recognize the other one.

Assuming that the Silver Arrows Link finds in Ganon's lair in this game are the same ones the Fairy created for Link in A Link to the Past, why didn't Ganon just destroy the fucking things rather than just hide them?
