first keep lowering the level, then throw those bomb men she throws to you back - grab them with you grapple in air. then she her stomach will explode and you grapple the heart.

sounds like rayne was trying to fight nausea when she said she needed a minute alone....lol....Slezzz is one hard bastard. (luckily I used a code for rayne's guns to kill her easily and quickly....but after I beat the game once.)
