Well,to be fair, it looks like Court had not yet begun. While it would indeed be meet for those assembled to pay heed to the song, he was really acting as pre-show entertainment.
After 15 seconds, it's his job to keep focus, not the audience's job to continue to yield it.

I never understood why folks go to court but instead of watching and listening and showing respect. They sit and jabber loudly with their friends instead. Seems a bit rude.
Nice video. Too bad some folks at court decided it was their personal gabfest in the background.
