About time I did squats again lol and recorded it cause I have so many bench and dead videos
Have not done squats for months, the reason was I had no shorts that were loose enough not to rip in the underside lol, Just got some so I can start squatting again, I did 100 - 130kgs for triples then this, since I have not squatted in ages my legs are real sore today my god!
