Accident or Crime?

A couple of cars derailed during a switching operation.
A railroad worker was crushed to death, a fat lady dropped her coke and broke her big toe.
A conductor standing behind the station heard the tragedy unfolding and died on the spot of a heart attack.
True to his responsibility he did not drop or break the lantern as it was railroad property.
It was first thought that the engineer did something improper but after viewing the security tapes running a simulation switching operation at speeds in excess of the speed limits we are sure that this was a crime perpetrated by this individual leaving shown leaving the scene.
He was later identified as no face Frankie. He is still on the run.
