Its simple math, that we dun need to pay the Ministers/PM/DPM x3/ SM/MM so much can be saved... and sure we can still run Spore corrupt free. Are the PAP saying if they are less than $1mil p.a. they will go corrupt? If so, then they are NOT fit to be up there!!
