"The BX-3 Combo Organ from Korg was no doubt the most perfect clone of original Hammond Organ B3 & C3. Unfortunately the KORG had decided stop of produce it. When I finally after working hard and get all the money to buy it, I got the news that it has been discontinued! This is my tribute to this great success of Korg!"

  • Thii was the best B3 clone ever! And the price was just right too. The Sound was incredible,I was so dissapointed to see that Korg decided to stop making it.

  • @sosmooth7 I tried west to east, and south to north of the United States to find it. I did dozens of calls to stores and nothing! I had help of Mari Kawagushi wife of Keith Emerson that know the president of Korg in U.S. and I had not sucess! unfortunately, I had lost a beautiful opportunity to get it!

  • Only a detail: I'm not playing the BX-3 in he video! I only produced this videoclip!

  • @carlosromero5 are u sure this is an (New) BX-3 (because you said u didn't played it yourself)? Where do u have this recordings from?

  • Amazing! Thanks for posting this guide for BX-3 fans including me. I'm planning to purchase this model. I have a question; did you put BX-3 output to a Leslie speaker for this video?

  • You can't beat an old 'in good shape' B3 Hammond organ but hay with repair prices and seeking old new parts this is what we're stuck with! lol

  • @sosmooth7 I owned one of the older B3X's series with the op-amp front end and a Korg Leslie stomp box attached. Absolutely the best B3 simulation that you could imagine. This one sounds really good. It is a shame that Korg stopped manufacturing this wonderful instrument.

  • @corlosromero5,Hammond has just come out with the SK2 which sounds just as good (but doesn't look as good as the BX-3) I think Korg made a huge mistake in the decision to discontinue this product. The SK2 is a dual manual keyboard too. Also for about $4800 you can own a Hammond XC33 (a dual manual Xc3 with a wood B3 like cabinet.BTW,SK2,sell for about $2900,without a stand.
