Disable/re-enable apps/programs in TI-84 Plus (Silver Edition)

i tried it and its not working. i recieved the L1 but then i went to my programs and it still said disable

@colas9716 The difference is that most people don't have 2 calculators sitting around but getting the TI Connect software is easy. I was in the same boat, in that I followed along before watching the entire video (my fault, not yours). Either way, I understand Trombone's point of view.

i disabled it by accident and cant enable it cause i dont have another ti-84 so is there another way to enable these apps
