I don't even get bunnyhopping or strafe jumping
Anyone wanna enlighten me?

Strafe jumping is basically curving mid-air. You jump, release forward, hold a strafe key, and move the mouse in the direction of the strafe. You will curve mid-air in the direction you move your mouse. For some reason or other, strafing mid-air in the source engine will slightly increase your speed, so bunny hopping is essentially constantly jumping and strafing to reach greater speeds than you would reach by simply walking.
