I cobbled this video together to go with a track of the British Country band's version of the Poco classic. I was the bass player and vocalist with them during the 90's and I know it 'ain't Poco' but we enjoyed playing it! A Band Named Sioux members at the time were Danny Lee, Les Warner, Rufus Ruffell and myself. Wishing them all the best...

  • Thanks gnute9. Great fun putting a video to it too! As for Timothy B.Schmit's falsetto, william3231954, NO CHANCE of reproducing that without an operation!! :)

  • Nice rendition! This has to be difficult to sing because most singers flat at some point. You guys stayed on key and sang strongly. A keeper!

  • Thanks slightly. Appreciated.

  • Thanks dennisf58 and JohnnySioux. Was fascinating going through the story of Rose. Still have the Poco album in my collection and had a great time recording this one. Appreciate your kind comments.

  • A cheap imitation

  • Fantastic !!! Thanks so much for making this !!!

  • I needed a smile so I came here for one. You guys never fail me.

Many thanks to you gents and the dozens of British musicians who have kept me smiling since the Davies brothers back in '64. :)

  • No need to compare you to anyone...you guys killed it! Love your performance.

Thanks so much for recording and posting this gem.

  • Nice reproduction of a classic song,, and the compilation of the photos really matched the imagery of the song,, but I was wating to hear what they'd do with Timothy B. Schmit's amazing falsetto in the last verse,, I guess he can only do that

  • i love you my Elk- and forever

  • trying to reach my Rose
