Plato hated it, the Bible discouraged it and psychologists once thought it would drive you insane. When Albert realises hes forgotten how to laugh, he embarks upon a global investigation into this mysterious physical phenomenon, spanning neuroscientists, holy laughter groups and the man with the most contagious laugh in the world.

  • haha :D laughter yoga is great too, seems weird at first but then it's fun :) look it up!

  • Has me reflecting on who and what makes me laugh now, and why. It's a great way to discharge stress.

  • @Aukikco check out piratebay probably

  • So, any idea where to stream this for free?

  • makes me realised i hadnt laughed for some time too..

  • Thank you for a timely film shown on CTV a day after downtown Toronto was ravaged by thugs during the G20 meeting. From a Concordance in my Holy Bible, KJV School & Library Reference Edition, I searched the words 'laughter', 'joy', and 'great joy' and found dozens of verses that in my opinion affirm laughter, i.e. Genesis 21:6 "And Sarah said, God hath made me laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me." ...etc. I've cried enough. I will laugh!

  • CTV in Toronto ran this film on TV today. To justify their conclusion "the Bible discourages it", half of one verse from the entire Bible was quoted. The complete verse in Ecclesiastes 7;3 reads "Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better." Eccl. 3:4 says "A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance."

  • The first 26 seconds I thought it was a mockery of Scientology

Cue the breathless clips of Tom Cruise on Oprah and it's perfect.

  • 'if deaf blind babies can laugh, maybe i can do it too.'

    Feasible, plausible even.

I mean, I'm no doctor but it sounds like he's onto something.

    Extensive studies are needed.

Is it physically possible? In theory it works...amazing...
