  • Yes. A good start for Speaker Bercow. Miles better than Speaker Martin already.

  • At first I wanted Ann Widdecombe to get the speaker job because she would have been hilarious but then John Bercow is rather entertaining and I quite like him being there now.

  • @Formula1MotorRacing Well said

  • @GoldenLegends100 very well said mate :)

  • @GoldenLegends100 The comments are the views of people who have an interest in politics. You have actually come across like an arrogant toff implying everybody else and there views are beneath you and your politics. After the year that Cameron has had it is expected that the left wing will enjoy throwing a few punches. During the iraq war the liberals had a great time on youtube and so on. Also clapping on question time is respectful. If you want to debate then show others respect.

  • Dear YOUTUBE

YouTube is excellent but I must ask you to withdraw a major feature – the comments section. The people who make comments here (as you can see) are stale, left wing sewer rats who like nothing more than to bash Cameron’s government without being able to back up their remarks with intelligent logic. Most of the comments here are written by people who are almost as bad as the clapping seals on BBC Question Time. I hope you will give my request serious consideration. Many thanks.

  • michael martin was a gay fag who couldnt control the house

  • Say what you want about Bercow's political affiliation and personality, but I must say, he is doing a far better job fulfilling his procedural job as Speaker of the House of Commons than Michael Martin.

  • Why all the hate?
