  • I believe it was shown in theatres.

  • Anybody alive today that saw it in the theater? Anybody alive and online? It ain't on DVD, VHS or Itunes, and though it aired twice or so on television...very few, very very few people have seen this film between the age of 40-12.

  • Does anybody else get the significance of GOG and MAGOG?? Programming for the Boomer mind. LOL

  • I don't think anybody has ever seen "GOG"

  • According to the latest Scary Monsters Magazine, this was recently released on DVD--I would definitely like to pick up a copy of this. I think the rarity of this movie through the years has added to it's mystique.

  • @MisterMaxHeadroom

I saw it when I was little!

  • Lose that stupid background music!

  • Cool.

  • I saw GOG one time in the theater. Very bizarre movie with some really strange laser scenes.

  • It's on Netflix instant play, I am watching it right now.

  • "Gog" aired several times on the old "Creature Double Feature" anthology series (1974-1982) on WLVI Channel 56 in Boston. Unfortunately, plans for CDF to issue its movie stock on DVD fell through time after time. Thus, many movies like "Gog" and "Magnetic Monster" are only available piecemeal on YouTube.

  • Yes, I saw it (at the drive-in) during its first release. It is the prototype "Area 51" movie. Ivan Tors always based his sci-fi on fact.

  • i saw this movie several times when i was a kid. havnt seen it on tv in ages. GOG had abilities that MAGOG didn't have.

  • I always thought this movie was filmed in black and white. I must have watched it on a black and white tv set.
