I have this phone and wish I'd never bought it. It's just not user friendly, it's hard to use - no choice but to use the stylus because with fingers it's hit every other icon or app you didn't want in trying to hit the one you do want. It's clunky.

do not buy a touch pro 2 or you will be tortured. I am now on my second phone and verizon has to replace it again. they will no longer sell it because of its problems. Is this enough said. They are giving me!! another phone of my choice. That's how many problems they have with this poor slow shut-down, drop calls phone. Did I mention that the buttons take you to different programs when it feels like it?
