the young will have their time? it's not now the time of the majority, it's the time of everybody. the way anti-descrimination works is by saying that we're all equals, and people should be fired or hired based purely on how good they are, no matter how old, or young. don't go saying bad business decisions or even ageist decisions were probably made by young people. that's ageist.

for people selling/ seeking an audience
demographics are very important
it's not about exclusion it is about demographics it'slunacy to suggest
companies should advertise Tena lady to kids or an over 50 plan to under18s?
it is much more about sensible emphasis than discrimination using demographics as a marketing tool it is common sense it's awkward when people exaggerate
political correctness is continuing to erode any concept of common sense!! we have to exist in the real world.
