It's safe to say this customer was not pleased with the service he received at the Tim Horton's coffee shop located at Mavis and Britannia Road in Mississauga Ontario, Canada the night of Oct 7th, 2009.

super dick! Getting the wrong order sucks, so does giving it. Simple mistakes happen when people order lots of stuff, which is why we (an employee) say sorry, let me fix it for you right away, every fricken time. In fact, lots of times I fix things people ORDER wrong and then get mad about.

Also, if a customer ever spoke to me like that, they'd find themselves banned from Tim's. It's inappropriate behavior that violates my right to a respectful work environment, GTFO.

Im geussing you failed history or somthing because Canada was never a place used by Europeans to send criminals to. They did however send criminals to Australia. this white trash(who said to the worker go back to your country )is a loser, why ..bec he is also an immigrant and this land is for Native American, the only difference between this white boy and the worker is that the white boy grand father who was crimminal and who had been kicked out from europe to occupy this land by force by killing the original people, but the worker iseducated and he is civilized, he came to Canada legaly and he pay tax for those white, and they are not happy and racist
