  • Dr. Bowden is very interesting to listen to. I would listen to him whatever subject he would talk about!

  • It's funny how this seems to be in general... an American problem. If people would just get off the damn couch, turn off the TV, quit eating between meals, eat like people did a hundred years ago (before fast food & junk food hit the scene)there would be a lot less obesity in this country. This guy is probably on the right track. The problem is that there are WAY TOO MANY EXPERTS giving all kinds of conflicting advice when the solution is very simple... eat like great grandma did!

  • Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • yes this is true. but what he actually said was take it to 90% for 5 minutes then go back to 60% for a couple minutes (long enough to recover) and then go back up to 90% for 5 minutes. you can do that for 2 hrs (thought you dont need to) and it will burn more calories then 2hrs at 60%

  • I love circuit training.

  • lol

  • True, but the problem with burning more calories per minute is that once you get past 70% the average person can't keep it up for more than twenty minutes. Exercising for 2 hours at 60% burns over 2000 calories for me; I can do that everyday (no problem) exercising at 90% may burn more calories per minute but it tires me out quicker and I can only keep it up for 5 minutes maximum = 300 calories.
