Lololololololololol.. Are you kidding me? As a Filipino myself, some of my white friends are telling me I am tanned (not dark though)..and one even admitted and yes he was white that he was jealous of my looks and style...I was like WTF?!

Damn... this is for real though. After traveling throughout Asia, I've seen all sorts of products to "lighten" skin. It's crazy. Even in places like Japan where they are already so light! The worst is in the Philippines though because their version of "light" is actually pale! It's like better to look sick and pale than even "white". I mean...whiter than white! To me, I don't think that's "fair" at all. *I think it's better to look, "healthy".

seriously, i'd rather be dark than fair. first, it's sexier. second, tanned/dark skin makes you look slimmer. and third, everyone will know i'm filipino! proud to be pinoy!

No worries. The same mentality affects people from India and Africa. If you watch bollywood movies...only mixed indians who are light-skinned are the famous actors/actresses. If you go to india....the people don't look like that....so relax...relax...
