Experienced yogis will fall head over heels for this fun blend of backbending and inversions. By using a wall for support, transform your wheel (urdhva dhanurasana) into a handstand. Please note: this is a VERY advanced sequence. You must be very proficient in wheel pose to start, and please use a spotter. Enjoy!
