Oprah please Help my family in a destress area of town can't pay the light bill some time the light goes out 3 days straight then can make a pay on 30 dollars of I owe 400 dollars they turn it back on 2 days then turn off. @rbeltz87 Racism is the belief that one's race is superior to another. Calling someone black isn't racist... It's just calling someone by the color of their skin rather than their ethnicity and isn't very personal...

examples of ethnicities would be African American, Native American, Puerto Rican, Hispanic, etc.
