  • Made in China. It is nowhere near what a Gretsch Country Gentleman is. It is a $500 guitar and is quite decent for a guitar of that price range and in this case you get a little more than what you pay for. Mine is going straight to the luthier to see if he can get rid of all the rattles and buzzes that came with it, because as is, I can't see myself playing it.

  • @massif20022000 I know what you mean. I actually sold this guitar a few months ago. I got it setup really nice and it played great but the overall tone wasn't what I wanted from a guitar that looked like this. The ringing between the tailpiece & bridge drove me crazy too. I decided to save and get the real deal Gretsch which as you know is in a class all it's own.

  • Looks pretty good. I play mainly hardcore punk and I've seen that this can get some great distortion sound. Would you recommend it for such a genre?

  • Hell Yeah Man, The pickups are very hot. I use it for full on tube driven distortion and it flat out rules. I'll do a video soon with an amp at some point to show just how versitile this guitar is. I wasn't expecting it to sound as good as it did and was planning on changing the pickups at first. Not now though cause they rule.

  • If your getting rattles just shove a lump of foam between the bridge and tail

  • Even though you didn't plugged in; that was a great demo. Usually when a guitar sounds good unplugged, you can't go wrong when it's plugged in.

Also, good job on going over all the features and craftsmanship. May have to pick me one up since they actually come lefty....YAY!

  • I can't say enough great things about Eastwood. I have one of their guitars and it has become my main, Over my Two Gibson SG's and my Vintage Les Paul Custom. It just sounds better. I plan on picking up two more in the next few months. Amazing guitars. And, Every time I email the owner he writes back quickly and is always super helpful.

  • nice beatling man..

  • casino queen... nice

  • @Ven9512 Sounds good, thanks man.
