@Arbitor2 Oohh stop with your tough guy macho bullshit. You beaners have guts of steal. I mean if your people can thrive off of polluted water and refried beans, a little Crohn's is like having to fart. Don't brag about an evolutionary trait that's similar to a cockroach.

I'm about to be thirteen and I got diagnosed when I was eight. But I have always had the symptoms since I was about 4! But every one said I was too young to have something like it so i has to deal with it almost all my life with no treatment. After four years of being diagnosed I'm felling a lot better!! I had a colonoscopy and they found a bunch of alcures .. It runs in my family

@Arbitor2 Crohn's Disease is a VERY painful thing to have!! The pain varies, according to how bad yours is! In my case, mine is very severe, and the doctor's said it was one of the worst they had seen at the hospital! I know its awful pain! You should thank God that you either don't have it, or have a very mild case of it, if you think it doesn't hurt so bad!!

@Arbitor2 You are insane. It is a very painful thing to have, and to always have to be a stones throw from a restroom is no fun either. I just came off of a flare up. I lost 15 lbs. I was sick, in pain, ended up with a catheter in due to the inflammation affecting my bladder and I had to be given potassium at the ER due to my levels dropping so low from not being able to eat. It is a VERY painful thing to go through for many.

@mguruj I'm feeling the same way, I have it for about six years(22) now. and I can live with the pain but my energy level is close to zero and all I do is wonder what I could do to improve my situation but even doctors wont/ cant tell me what to do

@Arbitor2 Perhaps you have been lucky enough to only be affected very mildly by your illness?
I've witnessed first hand the intense pain and discomfort that Crohn's disease can cause in its sufferers and it certainly has nothing to do with weakness.
I hope for your sake that your illness never progresses to a stage where you may be forced to eat your words.

Did you make this? If so it was very proffessional and well done, good stuff. Hope Abbie doesn't end up in hospital again any time soon.

I made it for my final year broadcast project (one of 3 videos) - hopefully she will be on a constant recovery course now :D

Bet you got a damn good mark! I made a documentary at college so I know it's really hard to make something like that interesting and informative but you really pulled it off :)
