Sonic Advance Playthrough 1: Neo Green Hill Zone

To celebrate the incoming arrival of Sonic Generations, I decided to do a playthrough of a Sonic game. I am doing Sonic Advance because it is the first game of the "Sonic Advance" series, so It pretty much set up the expectations for handheld Sonic games. Plus it was pretty fun recording the game and I did enjoy doing the Special Stages.

Ah, Neo Green Hill Zone. The first in a series has to reintroduce the concept of Green Hill Zone. Alas, it had a lot to hold up to, and doesn't deliver as well as the original. Mind you, as the first zone of the game it is pretty fun, and the change in location as you press on with the stages is a pretty interesting aspect, but Green Hill Zone will always have a place in the hearts of the fans. Plus the music has a lot to live up to if it wants to be in the same calibur as the original "Green Hill Zone" theme.
