  • it is high time Tibetans and Germans come together and finish off this filthy heartless, soul-less, immoral chinese once for ever.

    Hail Swastika

  • @MsKushh dalai should get nailed on a large wooden........swastika.

  • Just reported on CNN, a hollywood movie studio is remaking the movie red dawn, but they changed the soviet block military to chinese to try to keep up with the times. When the studio execs saw that, they blew their tops. They ordered all of the chinese insignias to be electronically altered to North Korean, because they didnt want to insult their biggest investors. Yeah, make them North Korean. No worries there about insulting the underwriters of the US government.

  • @Jellolion1 it kind of makes the movie un-realistic. north korea invading the usa....really?? XD

hmm, its kinda interesting. the videogame homefront kind of sounds like this redawn remake. "the north korean invasion".

it probably has similar reason too. are donald trump's words really true? is that red dawn a reality? ;)

  • @fightmindgarbage You're forgetting that the monk "caste" that you're referring to are the sons, daughters of the farmers, peasants and the normal folks of Tibet. The monks are part of the Tibetan race. Each and every family member sends atleast one of their children to the monastery, where they learn to read and write and go on to study metaphysics, phiosophy etc. Almost all the monasteries of Tibet were supported by donations from the local people and the rich. 90% slaves? 20%=clergy, wtf

  • @DuhLie lol compassion is exactly right. Why do you think the Dalai Lama has no hate for the Chinese who took away everything that was dear to him and his people.? Because him and many buddhists believe that your enemy is your greatest teacher. And also, the other person no matter how evil, is still just a man trying to reach for happiness. Ofcourse its natural to hate a person who has done wrong, even killing him would not bring remorse to you. Its harder to love than hate. Mao = mass murderer

  • @DuhLie I'm not using the fact of untold atrocities around the world as a justification, no. I'm just making a comparison so you could see the extent of the practice of buddhism so far as the Dalai Lama was concerned and his rule of law. You have to keep in mind that the eye gouging your friend is referring to was from the time of the 13th Dalai Lama. The present DL spent only a few years as Tibet's ruler, and he always tried to be fair and just.

  • @DuhLie Alright, I completely agree with your point of view as well. I would have the same stance if only I had not been aware of the details of the situation. But not to discount the fact that previous DLs or even other big Lamas in Tibet past and present have used their power to their own means. That is one reason I'm an advocate for separation of religion and politics. On the same strain of thought though, I have faith that the 14th Dalai Lama has been a genuinely compassionate person.

  • @tcl83 if you're a supporter of the dalai, and use "untold tortures were taking place all around the W(orld)" as some sort of justification......then, it would be an all time low of what people's perceptions of the dalai are.

no offence or anything, but i just think all rulers should be viewed in an objective manner. sure, other countries/states use torture techniques back then too. but, except the pope, no other ruler of that nature is viewed in a holy light.

  • @tcl83 to his defense (obviously i'll defend comradeflorian in this case ;) ), his main point is that a so-called HOLY person allowed this to happen (eye gouging, etc etc), and yet people are so blind to it.

you know, many ppl think dalai cant even hurt a fly. that's how stupid their perception is. but when they find out that he's just that "average ruler", then that's what i would call an enlightenment.

the pope, and generally the vatican, get a lot of heat, and rightfully so. why not dalai?

  • @ComradeFlorian31 the eye gouging you're referring to was done once to one person, who was accused of treason (ofcourse the biggest crime in any country) the actual eye gouging tools came from China to Tibet, and the people who performed this eye gouging did not know how to do it since no one had done this for a very long time. i forgot the source but if you want it, ill find it and give u. just a note of comparison. during the same time period untold tortures were taking place all around the W.
