@YESHUAISMERCIFUL yes it is the old testament and the new testament have different covenants, thats all. God, wen He sent His Son, Jesus, down to us, decided to scrap the old testament covenant (well, maybe not quite like that), so that what Jesus did on the Cross wod b available for all. hope that helps. :)
