@JokaPlaya mainly because the Cooking Channel does not have permission to use the Backdraft theme. However, the new music is so awful because we are use to watching this show with the backdraft soundtracks. It get us going from start to finish.

I saw Sakai at Opus One winery in Napa - opus is the Robert Mondavi/Baron Rothschild winery to make Bordeaux style wines in CA. Recall, the bordeaux appellation only refers to wines from the bordeaux region. These are meritages in the states...he bought two bottles of wine..a 2007 and a 2005 cab...still too young to drink now..wait 10 years...total cost: about 500 dollars with tax. He was wearing the same tan suit...he was in NAPA for a CIA japan-US cooking event.
