Sir Jackie Stewart's dyslexia 'not a cruel fiction'

Motor racing legend Sir Jackie Stewart has admitted that discovering he had dyslexia was like "being saved from drowning."

Speaking at a dyslexia conference, the Flying Scot said that he still could not remember the alphabet despite knowing the precise details of every racing course in the world.

I got dyslexia too, its really treu what he says. If you have dyslexia you have to think out of the box, school education is not that important to someone who has dyslexia. You will have to think in a creative way about what you CAN do. Maybe more importantly, what you can do BETTER, than most people. I believe that if you all dyslectic people got a different gift, most of the times a more creative gift. A lot of people who watch my work on youtube say Im gifted, and Im very glad about that.

No it really is true Einstein did have dyslexia... read it in a book about his life. But you're right that it does sound weird.
