Oasis of the Seas kitchen- controlled mayhem!

Few people understand the work that goes into feeding thousands of gourmet meals in a short period of time! While we were on board training the 250 cooks on board how to use their Alto-Shaam equipment, this was the nightly scene as the culinary team worked to get food to the dining room in amazing quantities!
